Customer Support Representative (Remote)

GoTab is looking for highly-motivated, entrepreneurial spirits to join our team as Customer Support Representatives (CSR). We have built the next disruptive movement in app-less mobile ordering, payments, and social recommendations for the restaurant industry. As a CSR, you will work with cutting-edge technology in an exciting fast-paced startup environment. You will help support GoTab operators by solving problems and maintaining excellent relationships. You will help drive GoTab initiatives and support proactive communication with the Operations, Sales, and Product teams. 

Please note - this is not a full-time position, but will be Part-time and hourly on nights and weekends with the potential to turn full-time based on the needs of the business. The position is also fully remote. 


  • Provide immediate technical and operational support to our customers, teams, and end-users
  • Establish relationships with new and existing customers 
  • Function as a product expert and technical communications resource for partners
  • Clearly articulate resolutions and ensure thorough follow-up on unresolved issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts as relates to product usability and performance based on consumer feedback
  • Act as an advocate for GoTab in each relationship to drive adoption, retention, and participation in new features and products

Skills & Requirements:

  • Quick learner with a go-getter attitude
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and remote collaboration experience 
  • Desire and aptitude to learn deep technical aspects of the GoTab product
  • Experience working in customer service, hospitality, or software preferred 
  • Must be willing and able to work hospitality hours (nights and weekends)
  • Curious and comfortable working in an unstructured and entrepreneurial environment
