GoTab is looking for a self-motivated, tech-savvy, and fun-spirited Partner Manager to join our team. GoTab is creating the next generation dining experiences with app-less mobile ordering, payments, and revenue management for the hospitality industry. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by fostering strong relationships with our partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing partner relationships, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

About GoTab GoTab Inc., the premier contactless order and payment platform serving the hospitality industry, helps large & mid-sized restaurants, hotels, bars, breweries, and other venues optimize their front-of-house service using low-cost, agile technology. Operators can offer a traditional ordering and payment experience or leverage GoTab's system that enables guests to order directly from their cell phones, order items via online menus, and pay securely, all without downloading an application or interacting with a server. Founded in 2016 and based in Arlington, Virginia, GoTab serves hundreds of national, regional and local full-service accounts across the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize potential partners based on strategic fit, market opportunities, and business goals.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and conditions to ensure mutual benefit and success.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities for partnerships.
  • Proactively identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise in partner relationships.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize partnership programs to maximize results and ROI.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Self-Reliant (remote role)

  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communications
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Required - BA/BS degree
