Performance Marketing Analyst

As we expand our reach and deepen our market position, we’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to drive strategic marketing initiatives that fuel pipeline, elevate our brand, and support growth across key customer segments.

Key Accountabilities

Demand Generation 

  • Leverage marketing automation, cold outreach platforms, and CRM tools to optimize the sales pipeline  
  • Execute and analyze cold and warm email marketing campaigns to drive lead engagement  
  • Generate real-time funnel and performance reports to monitor lead flow and campaign impact  
  • Track lead progression across the funnel to identify opportunities and gaps  
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Channel teams to ensure timely, high-quality follow-up and conversion

Partner & Integration Marketing

  • Drive high-impact co-marketing initiatives with integration and channel partners
  • Develop and articulate joint value propositions to support partner alignment and differentiation
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to expand brand reach and generate shared pipeline
  • Create partner-branded content assets including landing pages, case studies, webinars, and emails
  • Support ecosystem growth by aligning marketing efforts with broader partner go-to-market strategies

Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute data-driven content strategies aligned to key stages of the buyer journey
  • Create high-impact assets including case studies, landing pages, email nurtures, and blog content
  • Optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic and inbound lead generation
  • Align content initiatives with demand generation goals and campaign performance metric

What You’ll Bring

  • Entrepreneurial attitude and proven track record of working successfully in lean marketing teams
  • Meticulous planner and adept communicator with the ability to navigate up, down and across an organization to achieve marketing goals
  • Expertise in marketing analytics and performance measurement, with intermediate proficiency in spreadsheets, dashboards, and BI tools to extract insights, optimize campaign performance, and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM, content management, web analytics, cold and warm email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry (POS, KDS, PMS, or integrations) a strong plus
