Sales & Growth Marketing Coordinator

GoTab is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial Sales & Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This cross-functional role blends sales development and digital marketing to help drive customer acquisition and brand visibility for GoTab’s Entertainment Commerce Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development (75%)

  • Build and manage a robust outbound and inbound prospect pipeline using tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn, and email automation platforms
  • Conduct outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social to qualify leads and schedule discovery calls
  • Apply consultative sales techniques to articulate GoTab’s value proposition and identify fit
  • Track activities and performance metrics in Hubspot CRM, and contribute insights to optimize outreach

Marketing Operations & Project Support (25%)

  • Help organize internal calendars and schedules for marketing initiatives
  • Assist with email content writing, social posts, and asset coordination
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to align campaign execution with revenue goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development or customer-facing roles; Hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot, Google Ads, social ad platforms, and Excel
  • Basic proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email automation platforms
  • Self-starter mindset—comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setting
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated by hitting KPIs and campaign goals

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

  • Experience with B2B SaaS or startup environments
  • Familiarity with web content platforms (e.g., Webflow)
  • Background in event coordination or field marketing
