
Business Development Representative
Position Summary
GoTab is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role is at the front line of our growth engine—responsible for building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and engaging prospects through creative outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust outbound prospect pipeline using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and email automation platforms.
- Research and target potential customers using CRM data, website visitors, webinar attendees, and other engaged leads.
- Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and social to qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls.
- Develop relationships with partner representatives for lead generation.
- Apply consultative sales techniques to articulate GoTab’s value proposition and identify fit.
- Track activities and performance metrics in HubSpot CRM, contributing insights to improve outreach campaigns.
- Work closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and support smooth transitions in the sales cycle.
- Partner with Marketing to align outbound campaigns with broader content, event, and digital initiatives.
- Assist with outreach-related content such as prospecting emails, social posts, and event follow-up campaigns.
- Support execution of lead generation activities tied to webinars, industry nights, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or other customer-facing roles. Hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Self-starter mindset—comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by achieving KPIs and campaign goals.
